What's the difference between a non-surgical versus surgical, uh, male enhancement? So, non-surgical male enhancements typically involve fat transfer or filler, and they seem to be a lot more safe because once again, you're taking things that are non foreign bodies and are, you're placing them in into penis. Whereas a surgical male enhancement is typically placing a silicone implant or any other foreign body that will help and enhance the penis and leaving a lot of scar tissue behind a lot of complications and side effects. That's why typically we prefer the nonsurgical route and we typically stick with filler versus fat because fat sometimes is not the most reliable modality out there. Since fat tends to get absorbed in, uh, various different regions and about 20 to 25% of that fat really stays there. So that's why we approach it with fill.
